Everyone so far has been very accommodating of my newness and inexperience, and although I'm sure I've caused a few headaches and muttered curses, they've worked with me without much friction.The big thing:  Check out the partner companies and evaluate them thoroughly to make sure they're exactly the guys you want to work with.For example, Maverick's preferred lender is Bighaus-Chapman, which in turn passes off your loan to SNMC. 

I'm worried that my inexperience combined with my age might make investors skeptical. 

I would love to use this as a 3-family but don't want to run into issues - not sure how it would become an issue however given my inexperience with this matter. 

Inexperience can lead to mistakes. 

Since this is your first go around , contractors will figure this out at the beginning , and will figure in the inexperience factor in their price .  

One of the best features about BP is there are investors from all over the country and they vary from beginner to veterans in experience levels.

I’m pretty green in experience but I love home repairs, remodels, and projects when I get the chance.

To compensate for my inexperience, I can bring capital to the partnership to the tune of low 7 figures.

overall, it seems solid...no glaring deferred maintenance issues, but I am keenly aware of my lack of knowledge and my inexperience, and really trying to keep that in focus as I try to asses what our situation is, and whether we should move forward with it.
