If you didn't look in just the right sections, you might not realize there's cash flow there.For me it's always easier to not reinvent the wheel.

I added insulation in attic 10-14 inches and use spray foam to seal small holes and rock wool insulation on all walls I open up as I renovate.  

I would not go overboard trying to fit people into every inch as it'll lead to nothing but issues.

However, on the outside of the house, there were at least a dozen semi circle cracks in the concrete slab, running horizontally, about 2-4 inches long.

By not asking for POF they run the risk of spinning their wheels for nothing.

Hi everyone my name is Paul and yes we do live in Paradise { it may not be everybody's idea of paradise, we get about 300 inches of snow a year} I am somewhat new to real estate.

There is a chart that tells you how much oil is in the tank by inches ,you dip the tank , measure and thats the gallons .  

But once again, with the clock ticking, I'd need to set the wheels in motion soon.I would appreciate any advice.Thanks,Matt

And I agree with most, better to have that quick conversation with a lender to make sure you are pursuing the right types of deals or price points etc before you get out there and spin your wheels making offers etc.
