I added insulation in attic 10-14 inches and use spray foam to seal small holes and rock wool insulation on all walls I open up as I renovate.

There is a chart that tells you how much oil is in the tank by inches ,you dip the tank , measure and thats the gallons .

And I agree with most, better to have that quick conversation with a lender to make sure you are pursuing the right types of deals or price points etc before you get out there and spin your wheels making offers etc.
