No one will check that you moved, but if you buy it as a primary residence and don’t move into it you’ve committed mortgage fraud. 

No auditor will look at every transaction, but they pick a fair number to try to find any issues, as well as review the General Ledger entries, bank reconciliation reports, etc in an attempt to find any wrong inputs, or worse, blatant fraud.

Upon seeing this name again, I looked it up online and found that the person it belonged to had a number of articles from our local news station for a number of crimes, to include forgery, identity theft, impersonation, etc. 

Their history of large rental income didn’t add anything to the value because you could buy the identical house across the street and do the same thing.

They don't want people buying property and using a primary or second home mortgage when the use is investment or business - that's loan fraud and tax fraud at the same time.

You really aren't listening to what I'm actually saying what you're telling him to do borders on insurance fraud. 

I would assume RAFT will ask questions on why they need to move within the building cover themselves to make sure there is no fraud going on.
