As others have responded, real estate benefits from healthier margins than other investment or business models.

The experience and knowledge you'll gain from being in that ecosystem will pay more dividends than wages will. 

Typically-and this is not just me saying this but other conscious investors I work with say retrofitting and energy efficient creates healthier and more comfortable homes often leading to more comfortable and happy Dr.

No...it's an entire ecosystem, like my crappy pond.  

I hope to be able to give back and contribute more in this ecosystem of brilliant people once I feel like I’ve got something to contribute!

This has proven to be a much healthier way of our senior citizens to live out their golden years as opposed to going to a facility to wait to pass.

It is quiet and does not disturb tenants3. lawn looks better and healthier (supposedly)4. if i schedule it to mow at night, it will (hopefully) keep deer awayCons:1. this thing will require monthly service - just basic cleaning and blade replacement (those are very cheap)2. risk of theft is low where I am, plus I'll add it to the property insurance, so this is a minor "con"3. myself (or someone else) needs to get it out of the basement in the spring and put it away in the autumn.I wonder if anyone already uses them and can share their mileage.

Everything before and during the retreat is cleaned with green products [which also are healthier for NTs', and your prospective renters might like to know you do this as well] There is no fluorescent lighting.  

And it is nice to be able to afford the kind of luxuries that make you healthier and safer - a trainer to help motivate you to work out.

Assuming that a perfect ecosystem could just create itself - no one could rationally believe that a perfect ecosystem that created itself could also create it's own means to adapt to changes without some intelligent design behind it.
