There will ALWAYS be reasons to potentially wait (similar to the way there is always a good reason to go to the gym tomorrow) and after 2007/8 and how many people got caught unawares, there will always be scions and pundits standing on the streetcorners now preaching the darkness of the blackened skies.

@Derek GibbsHi Derek,Strongman Gym (seriously).Which is very different from a fitness gym.They are more like small semi-private clubs of strongmen who train there.They have things like this that need a lot of space to train with https://www.roguefitness.com/strongman.Good Luck!

Pet fees, covered/reserved parking, guest amenity access, gym classes, advertising in newsletters to residents, sponsored events on site (ice cream, bounce house by a law firm, etc.)

If anything I see condos renting for more because they tend to have a lot more amenities that are attractive to renters (gyms, elevators, doormen, roof decks, etc).If you house hack a multifamily you will be a landlord right off the bat, and depending on your budget, you will probably need to do some renovations.
