Both Democrat and Republican presidential campaigns have found common ground on housing policy by proposing the use of federal lands for homebuilding.

That said, I lived in Detroit from 2017-2022, which means I was able to build an on-the-ground network before moving away.

Some places I am looking at include Flagstaff, Pigeon Forge, and Las Vegas.I am hoping to use this site to build connections in those areas to get "boots on the ground" information and support to find the best location.Thank you all for replying to my post.

We wouldn't be breaking ground anytime soon, just now starting the info gathering phase.

Viable networks = solid vendors in place on the ground: Agents/Contractors/Wholesalers. 

Need someone with experience and boots on the ground to manage the process: advertise, show, vet buyers, manage closing paperwork.

Also, there was regularly raw garbage or trash bags left sitting on the ground. 

You got your business off the ground in an awkward and unsophisticated way, because starting is hard.

Is it just based off knowledge from experience/visiting with boots on the ground/from speaking with other investors/realtors?
