A deal killer has nothing to gain from telling you it's a bad deal.

They "may" have access to some off-market listings, which aren't on here or the MLS, but in regards to info there's absolutely not a thing.

So I just wanted to present the raw facts, hear everyone's opinions, and obviously gain some knowledge and tips from investors! 

Early testing of this new system indicates that it’s a pain to get access to.

The higher credit, higher income, gainfully employed S8 tenants are choosy about where they live and do not want to live in a bad, high crime area.By buying in an area that appeals to high quality S8 tenants, the arbitrage that you might see between S8 being higher than market might disappear.So that being said, it’s more important to lead by location than strategy.Happy to talk further if you like.  

Sounds more like trying to win a popularity contest, aiming to gain votes and likes from people here that also have something against wholesaling.But OK let me play along.Let's fact-check this:OP: "It’ll truly be strange to even hear people and gurus trying to make big money off it."

I'm excited to take some of those pictures and see how it improves.Something we have done that seems to gain attention is our first image is a collage of 4 of our top photos plus the property name and marketable info.

This risk here far outweighs any small gains in ranking. 

Choosing a location near LA, accessible by a short flight or drive, will make it easier to check on your projects.
