No one is in a hurry to do anything around here, keeping employees in this field is a joke, and it just flows downhill like that through subs, suppliers, inspectors and the like.

They have lost many employees and the level of service and quality has been dismal.

I liked the area geographically and for other reasons but once I had confirmation he was renting to nurses, meds and eds, grad students, university and hospital employees with good rent numbers, I was all in.
