Generally assets are attached to the contract as an exhibit in a referenced schedule of assets.

Then look for markets that exhibit those characteristics.Your market timing might have been more important than any other factor on your Colorado purchase.  

No need to have an income statement and CF statement unless you just like to have the exhibits.
