The idea behind this isn't novel of course, but a way to circumvent the endless and crowded sea of opinions and narrative shaping charlatans that make their daily bread by deluding the curious minds of some vague one-size-fits-all approach... but oak trees don't grow over night. 

I'm a new investor (have a separate W2 job), looking to build storage in near future.

Otherwise I'd need to move all of my stuff out immediately and most likely pay for a storage unit if I rent to someone else.Also important note here is that I lost my W2 in January and have been applying HARD.

A friend owned self-storage properties in K-ville and he said to me “no kitchens, no baths and no overnight tenants”.

I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc. 

I also have used apps to collect payments,  but don't like cloud programs for reporting or financial data storage.

I'm open to "outside-the-box" ideas as well (getting into-self-storage, etc.) 

Its a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a ton of storage. 

If its a 1 car garage, id just recommend storage and thats it. 

In this case, it was considered a storage space rather than sq ft under air.
