What has been your experience with LENDBASE? 

I'm entertaining hiring Egyptians because many of my colleagues have had great experience using them recently, but I've managed hundreds of VAs over my 10 years of investing with the majority of them being from the Philippines.Having a hiring process will determine the quality of applicants you receive. 

The marketing/advertising firm, aka RE broker, is not the expert in building codes, zoning, structural engineering, neighborhood safety, etc.As a prudent investor, always do your own due diligence or you'll end up being (unitentionally) misguided by a RE broker's information.  

I have been very happy with the experience so far.

Your background in commercial sales and already owning a rental in Manchester’s North End puts you in a great position to scale.

College does sound like a useful and fun experience that I would like to partake in. 

With no experience or funds to get going on this solo (currently a bartender), my thought was to join someone who is already doing it and learn along the way.

We moved out end of November.
