Also, for this time of year, it feels to me like we have a bit of a higher supply than demand which is forcing prices to ease.  

We are just now starting to look into bigger deals and I'll tell you having a place like BiggerPockets is invaluable to help both educate us and ease some of the fear that you can have when considering larger scale investments. 

Clients love the ease of use, but the data is off which makes it hard to use it for much more.

I believe LandlordLocks are UltraMax cores ... keyway is compatible with Kwickset (and some Weiser locks), but is not compatible with Schlage, Yale or {obviously} Abloy.Though LandlordLocks is not presently a cost effective option for us here in Canada, I like them for apartment complexes with interior corridors - the bigger the building, the more they can reduce costs and ease turnover.  

My customers know me as the guy who details their cars, so I'd have to ease in to them seeing me as an investor, again feeling like I should have a deal or two under my belt.
