I want them out.They supposedly, via the previous sellers flushed kitty litter down the drains requiring plumbing to be redone at a $5000 expense before I purchased the property.

They won't know anything about the property except rather or not they poured pink stuff in the drains and changed the locks.

And your preaching to the choir If I never have to talk to another tenant or PM in my life I will be a happy camper brain drain to me is not worth being in that business.. but that's just me and I know this site is heavy to landlords I understand that.

No sweat .. even from OR and they were in Madison MS.for the lower end rentals Never.. could or would try that on my own.. especially if hud was involved to much work other ways to make money for me thats less brain drain and drama
