I have talked to a couple of lenders but find that they really don't seem to be keen on what I want to do.

As for areas, I have city and county properties but am very keen to get into salem and Fincastle areas.

Now that I've been at work a few hours and have thought about I'm not too keen on the idea of the current owners being, more or less, rewarded for my work in turning it around.Basically the price I think they'd want now and later is the same.

We were able to fix it but I was not keen to put them on a multi because of that issue.

Remember , if you can smell it so can animals.Their sense of smell is much more keen than ours so they smell what we miss.
