The better the Tenant, the less evictions we may possibly have, so it’s very important that we screen our applicants more thoroughly than we have ever screened them before.As I’ve said earlier, for me the screening process begins the moment that an applicant walks through the doorway of my open house, because I take note of how they act, of what they say, of the questions they ask me, of their mannerisms and how their children behave.

@Dan KelleyOne piece units are my preference for new construction or if you have lots of room (and large doorways), but are frequently impossible to use for a retrofit/renovation simply because you cannot get them to, or into, the bathroom.We use a couple of 3-piece models with rolled/sloped seems which the manufacturer claims will drain and require no caulking.
