A word of caution about this though, many PHAs take a very dim view against landlords that do this on a regular basis and strive to make life difficult for them, mine included.

It was amazing how fast the Broker got a fire lit under the agent.  :-)

I lit the match years ago with a house I flipped, but I held it too long and the flame went out.So now many years later I am looking to try again.

It's really lit a fire under me and helped me get going and stay motivated.

And after New Year's, after the holiday glow has dimmed, people will be back in the "swing of things" of everyday life and perhaps more prone to considering a business decision like selling their property.Also, would it be cheesy to use Christmas or New Year's stamps?
