This is literally the biggest obstacle for any data center development today.

Problem is there are probably 1000 lots or more for resale and the developer is still selling.

There are definitely some municipalities that are easier to get along with than others, but all are open to development.

Also there is a special tax abatement for office conversions but requires the developer to retain 15% as commercial use.So we have the option to stack them and consolidate.
