I would recommend QuickBooks Premier - Desktop version.

My lender wasted more time on a bad appraisal then they did doing math on my offer....In fact I'd assume they probably waste more time doing things such as rebooting their computer or forgetting to hit send on an email....all of which have much greater chance of delaying my deal vs some math.

@Jackson Pontsler It does not seem to work with my cellphone.. it only worked when I was posting on my computer. 

I have a feeling you wouldn't be so demeaning in person, computers tend to make people a little more ballsy... but maybe its just your personality. 

Luckily, I was married to a wonderful woman that is a computer programmer that makes a decent salary. 

Here, you had to go to the courthouse computers to view the actual filed documents in a civil case. 

Darren,You need to compute your tax 'basis', because yes you'll get the $250k (or $500k if you're married) but often some of the improvements and $ you've put into it will come into play if you're over the $250k. 

However, I still verify each transaction online manually on my checking account monthly, but it takes me only a few seconds to verify each mortgage or rent transaction on my computer.

Google and check out CRM’s like Realty Juggler, Ixact Contact, Lion’s Desk, Top Producer, etc etc.  

(It doesn't work very well for me on the mobile app, only on a computer.
