Otherwise, if the numbers make sense and your credit is good, it should be easy to find a lender.

If I were in your position, I would look for a bank or credit union that will give you a line of credit against the rental property.

As a landlord you can report payment and non payment to the credit bureaus without a judgement.

All of those people also get credit/background checks. 

While I didn't love the 30% cut they took, I was happy to have it in experienced hands (and a lot of what they did, advised, etc. was on-track with what I had researched, discovered here and on other STR forums).
