Hi All, We're considering our first private loan and have calculated our costs based on an initial conversation with the investor.

I'm particularly passionate about growing quickly from SFRs into Multi-family and currently developing tools to source and assess deals.Outside of real estate, I enjoy long-form conversations with brilliant people, or at least watching them when there aren't other people around to converse with.

Since buyers traditionally almost never had to pay commission to their buyer agent, the conversation is much easier and familiar for clients to understand when you say "you have to bid more than 5 other people to get this deal if you really want it".

You should have a conversation with your HR Block person as a resource to learn what you should be thinking about.

Great news, and I'll know more next week, but I just spent the entire day yesterday going over hours and hours of audio recordings I had from a prior closing, many phone calls and conversations etc even additional very HIGHLY incriminating evidence that I GUARANTEE this Pastor and County Chaplain DOES NOT want getting out to the public and we're going to see if we can finally get this outstanding MAN OF GOD to be an adult and accept the inevitable before it gets worse for us both if they further delay.

If BP is not already thinking about it, I think there will come another platform that will pull in all the information from platforms like BP and other credible sources to build an intelligent conversational AI that gives real time and historical real estate related data for investors and stakeholders and at some point home buyers might not even need some of us anymore.
