Dundalk I would prefer compared to Essex as it's closer to the city. 

Long Backstory, but my Dad owns a house in Greensboro, NC but has not lived in it consistently in 4-5 years.

My cost basis for my properties are consistently off from my tax returns because Stessa will include everything in the basis even though it shouldn't be.  

From what I'm seeing the prices are pretty comparable to Miami's on the MLS. 

The cost to maintain them probably wouldn’t be exactly 8x as compared to the single 8-unit, but it sure as hell isn’t a 1-to-1 ratio either. 

They might not be great for cash flow but might be great for long term capital appreciation especially when you use leverage.I’d rather own a $1M asset that breaks even but appreciates consistently by 3% than own a $100k asset that cash flows $3k per year.There’s power in investing in or near your backyard.

What I found with Airbnb's pricing is consistent with the above- their recommendations are for lower pricing (and not in the host's best interests).
