It needs a new air conditioner, fixtures but not much else.

Completely renovated with a new roof, new flooring, and a new air conditioner!

I use Body Wash and Large Containers of Shampoo and Conditioners.   

@Julie Toh The roof was replaced in 2016 as well as the air conditioner!

Only two furnaces along with air conditioners out twelve have been replaced so I would have replaced ten of them at some point that is the biggest expense I am aware of, any thoughts on that?

I got a quote of $5500 for installing a 80% efficient American standard gas furnace, a 13 seer 3 ton air conditioner and a digital thermostat.

And then an energy crises hits the United States 5 years later and the cost to heat or cool our homes triples... so me being from California and mistakenly moving to Oklahoma so I could have 4 seasons instead of just Blazing Hot and Slippery Wet I need to always have either the heater or the air conditioner (the humidity in Oklahoma is so bad fish hitch hike between ponds)  before I FINALLY get to move to Florida and get on those awesome "Florida Resident Only" discounted cruises.

@scott mac made my coffee spill...Laundry room- not a coin operated one but fluff and fold with a person.On site manager can: sell locks, loan tools for a fee, sell candy or soda machine, babysitting, rent bikes, rent ebikes, sell rolling baskets, sell or rent wagons (radio flyer or the canvas ones), rent out a pick up truck, sell security devices, sell mini air conditioners...Most these things require a person to be on site to stock, secure, and sell the items.Saturday bbq for sale plate of whatever Rent parking spaces.

Bending machine  soap, conditioner, dryer sheets.Sounds like an exciting deal.  

When I checked the thermostat, I saw that she had actually already entered the house before she ever texted me.They had the air conditioner turned down to 68 and it ran for 12.5 hours yesterday.
