Better is to send an email to all guests (you collect emails this way) with all the resource links so they can access them on their phones.  

In my opinion, this is much more effective than texting, which often feels like a constant game of cat and mouse with phone carriers.

They don’t answer my text or phone and requesting a time for a conversation goes unheeding.

It will take travel and many hours on the phone to find the right team in what ever area you decide to invest.
