If you are doing buy and hold, form an LLC with your credit partner as your chief financial officer, and you have a much greater capacity to purchase on credit without over extending.

Additionally, you can go speak to a lawyer who might oversee your foreclosure proceeding and they will ensure the required disclosures have been met and the paperwork is in order.It is possible to affect your capacity to foreclose by accepting the funds if there is no language and the borrower can show that a patter was established and then you sort of changed your mind and wanted to foreclose.

I would say your commitment to serve has demonstrated that you already have the capacity to make personal sacrifices that most of us don't.You do need to account for times you are deployed or can't respond to emergencies, either via a PM or trusted contractor though.

Because that seems to be the most flexible option for me where the LLC can be operating in whatever capacity it does and my IRA simply makes a portion of the profits.Obviously I'm looking for the most flexible option here, which is the whole reason to go to an SDIRA for me.
