They either had only four or five days booked in a month, or literally every day was blocked off on the calendar until the end of the year.

So each exchange will have it's own unique calendar and reinvestment requirements.  

Nobody wants their house sitting 98% done for 2-3 weeks because you didn’t order your cabinets in time and they couldn’t measure your counter tops until they were in.Now I take all this information and put it in reverse order on a calendar working back from the finish date.

And that is based on a calendar month. 

My cash flow and reserves are set up so that I can wait at least 12 calendar days for the money to hit my account without a problem.

(One month’s notice means a full calendar month, and must include a full rental period.

A couple caveats - I'm not talking about anything beyond guest communication - we have our own software and manage the listings, calendars, pricing, etc.

In some of my audits, I had to  use such unusual items as framed photographs, greeting cards and wall calendars.
