The zoning report is a great idea we've gotten burned on that one before.

Chrome on mobile is clunky enough but BP banners, ads and layouts make it almost impossible to see what I type, answer questions etc.

Do the above first.I don't track Minneapolis, but did part of the city get damaged, burned and tenants left?

If you buy in an area around Lake Winnipesaukee or Winnisquam you may find the ability to rent to STR folks that want the lake, to skiers-Gunstock ski area is in proximity to Lake Winni, and there are some ski mobile trails a bit north of Lake Winni closer to Squam lake. 

Sadly, it burned to the ground in 2016.
