This could be bad to evict people from a childhood home. 

He is a childhood friend and is willing to give me great terms until final product is done - also should we do the payments thru a tittle company?

Home day cares are better than centers & positive childhoods shape the future.

It was a fixer - upper In a TERRIBLE neighborhood, but I figured of course, "buy the house, get In good with the future mother in law, save the future wife's childhood home, and be a "hero".

The emotionally-dependent wife that can't help enabling him, but has to leave him when he becomes a danger to his children.The childhood accident that leaves a very young girl permanently scarred and she chooses a completely marginalized husband because it's precisely his marginalization that allows him to understand her own.

Maybe the same could be said, to some extent, to "mail order brides."

My new future bride wants me to sell so we split the cost of a new place (although selling her house would more than cover the cost of a place for us-- but she wants to make it fair that we both pay 1/2 of a new place & then keep the extra $ for travel, etc.).

In Texas, whether or not she is on the deed or a member of the LLC matters little in terms of her interest as we are a community property state My Bride is not a member of any of my LLC nor would she really want to be.
