I know "credit repair" places used to bombard the agencies with bogus disputes years ago and get some results but I thought that was over with.

It is important to mention that the TV commercial and the one day seminar do not explained nor prepare you for the 3 day bombarding of sells and staging tactics to strongly try to persuade you to obtain their “MASTERY PROGRAMS” which are a) The “INNER CIRCLE” for aprox $49.000.00 (Good for up to 6 people team). b) The “DIAMOND” for aprox $34.000.00 (Good for up to 4 people team) or c) The “PLATINUM” for aprox $29.000.00 (Good for up to 4 people team).

I have quite a bit of experience at this... having owned a few brokerages and getting bombarded by wanna be investors when the latest Guru event comes through town....

You will get bombarded here on BP with posts about how you should jsut be doing it yourself or investing in passive syndications, which are the right ways to go for some but not all investors.This style fits well with people who want to invest in real estate and own the assets, but have no interest in learning the real estate game. 

No offense but I'm not going to send this list all of you guys so we'll get bombarded with ads.

Sorry to bombard you with many questions. 

Mail is always a solid way to go but remember people are bombarded with mail and it's easy to get lost in the shuffle.

The American people have been bombarded with political correctness for many years and have been conditioned to repeat it or feel guilty for being a bad person.

On the flip side, real estate agents also get bombarded with wanna-be investors (read: wholesalers) who don't have the means to close and just waste their time.
