Basically your authority as a landlord is shared with a committee of busy bodies. - Another thing about the HOA that is unknown is how well it's finances are in order.

@Scott Szurek, Most states have a governing body that does child care assessments to make sure the property is kosher for running a day care.

But that isn't to say that their flu shots make them completely immune.

We gave 30day evictions and no body moved out.

In answer to your questions, it partly depends on the student body in general and on the type of tenants you want.I don't know Baylor; is it an expensive school?
