So grinding is in my blood and hunting down people to get a deal from, is what excites me however just like telemarketing and door to door there are "Do not Call" list and "No soliciting" signs.

(This means that if a broker gives you a deal using this strategy it's because it's one that no one else wants and his shark instincts see blood in the water).The strategy is to find the brokers, meet them in person, tell them what you are looking to do, explain your experience and how you are planning to fund the deal.

Whether it is real estate or stocks, I like to keep my powder dry and like to make large investments when there is blood in the streets in the equities market like February 2002, and March 2009 or Atlanta's real estate market in 2012 when equities and real estate prices were trading hands at 1996 prices.

I, for one, am always moved on veterans day, and appreciate the blood, sweat, and tears that are shed to protect this great country of ours.

That situation could be fine as long as everyone is incredibly clear about the professional distinctions, but it can still create bad blood if something were to go not as planned, at your risk of incurring unexpected vacancy.

It shouldn't cost you but that insurance company will want blood from someone and they are relentless.
