So be carefulBTW, the roof on the first one was very difficult, the old (3) rooves had to be stripped, a fair amount of decking replaced (and sheetrock damage repaired) etc.

He can have a camera run down the line to see exactly where the problem is, and if there is a consistent buildup, or a root problem, he should run a cutter blade down the line all the way to the street or septic tank to open it properly.

The hole was there becuase the blades from the lawn service companies would rip the green tops off of irrigation wiring ducts (I guess that is the best way to describe them).About a 3 months ago, my neighbor informed me that they had sent a letter to the hoa stating that they were seeking compensation and that the hoa had responded with a letter stating that is was my resposibilityand not theirs.
