How will Chinese billionaires, wanting to get money out of China before the yuan devalues, effect the price of a duplex in LA?  

And I know its easy to brush off and say he's just another mil/billionaire putting money where he doesn't have any experience.

I mean Dallas"I listen to the Master is Business podcast with Barry Ridholtz and he interviews a lot of Wall Street folks, but occasionally he has on REALLY successful people, like self made billionaire successful: Ray Dalio, Mario Gabelli, Leon Coppermen, Bill McNab, Jack Bogle, Joel Greenblat, Ed Thrope are a few off the top of my head.

I need to put my 2 cents here because I know what's going on behind the scenes with the market , everybody is running scared going for gold and silver (physical assets) and bitcoin and real estate.

I mean, were living in a world where people will pay 20k for a bitcoin and cars can drive themselves, but somehow you need a "license" to buy or sell a house?
