You can't do batch tracing, but I have used Lead Sherpa and a few other services and I feel I get the best results with truepeoplesearch.com

I have 75 potential properties right now but all of the skip tracing services I've come across require very large batches.

The cycle will keep on going - fresh batch of smarter people coming to California and forcing many poorer locals (by California standard) out to another state, while the net population keeps increasing.The pandemic may have changed the equation with the advent of reliable remote working, but I doubt that the most innovative companies in the world (which are based in California) will move their core mission-critical work out of California anytime soon.

@Dan Weber:  yeah, I agree that Option #3 probably makes the least sense....it'd be fun, but take a lot of time for a fairly minimal upside@Roger Evans: Option #1 w/re-investment in other properties was my original plan (was ideally thinking of putting the $400k towards a single, 8-12 unit property vs. 3 or 4 smaller ones, mainly due to the challenge of finding good deals in our region...especially in current climate, but if you know of a batch of $500k 3-4 unit deals in our area, I'm all ears!

There are so many different sites to pull lists from and then skip-trace them elsewhere, however you can use a site like batch leads to just do both in one spot. 2) Choose your marketing campaign. 

The fuel was hard to produce, and could only be produced in small quantities in a batch process. 

Whats going on David,I'm not sure what market you're in but a .05-1% response rate is what most can expect from a mailing batch, If you start with this metric in mind you can adjust your marketing spend.
