REIreply is a good software for campaigns and automated follow ups, from RVM to email to direct marketing.

Eventually, we came to the realization that in order to be able to afford to pay for all of the tech, automation, remote workers, etc… we had to start being profitable so we can continue offering above par value with property management.

This can also help familiarize yourself on the manual process before deciding what the best automated / scaled process is.

Are you using a PM, you can automate or become your own PM for a while,  Are you charging a premium (additional $50) for being on a month to month lease instead of standard year lease. 

I plan to sign up for a free trial on this platform: https://urlbox.com/screenshot-api After some reading about this, my idea is to: - check which companies are selling in my area and create a visual database of their listings (Zillow); - use automated screenshots for competitor analysis (locations, prices, open houses nearby); - track SERPs - track my progress in different queries to analyze the success of my campaigns;- possibly create visuals for social media/presentations As we all know, it's one thing to read that something is a good idea and another how it is implemented in practice.

It does property management, accepts payments, imports bank feeds and does accounting, automates listings, etc., etc.

Some of the automated emails they send are a bit confusing. 

Another strategy is looking at short term or mid term rentals thats one way to cashflow but it does take more work as your basically running a hotel business but once you figure how to automate things it will get easier at least thats what the short term rental investors tell me lol.
