The way you flip is hold on to them for a couple of years, then do the repairs, then sell.You could potentially sell to someone who doesn't care about title insurance, buying for cash, etc, but that still doesn't alleviate the need to not do repairs that would not get paid for if the previous owner redeems. 

That alleviates any issues with the SD and damages.

Without knowing your entire financial picture, it does seem that you’re capable to sustain it as you do not have a debt and are still able to take the depreciation, deduction, vacancies, in your taxes so it’s still alleviating some of your tax liabilities. 

Subfloors have been screwed down to alleviate creeks and squeaks, kitchens and bathrooms have been prepped for tile. 

Could Jesus come down and rapture 50% of people alleviating housing shortage, sure I guess we can go there in real that its not 100% guarenteed not to be a possibility.

Account Closed i agree with you completely, but i have an idea that MIGHT alleviate alot of those negatives and skip right over some.

There is so much that could be streamlined and that would help alleviate and reduce transaction costs..........which are absurdly high. 

I, and many longtime residents, have talked to the HOA about this problem and asked for assigned parking to alleviate the issue.  

with no thought to tomorrow.. now dodd frank has helped alleviate that by making you the buyer qualify at a higher rate instead of the teaser rate.. and I have no doubt bad mortgage folks exisited preying on sub prime borrowers or those that could not read the docs and understand them.. this is well document.. it has been pro offered that the GFC was primarily caused by sub prime and from my experience in it that's exactly right... giving mortgages to those who should NEVER have had them.. for various reasons.
