Amazon could feed themselves with a steady supply of loans by buying the seller's home through an affiliate so as to capture their mortgage on the buy side.

I recommend doing some Google searches & reading some of the outside info on him & his affiliated companies.

Get a discount from whatever brokerage you're going to affiliate with after you have your license.
