It is, very literally, the victory of a conquest spanning decades upon decades.

Anyway I consider it a victory...we successfully staved off two lowball offers in the 120s and avoided having to do any repairs for tenant turnover (or any repairs at all for that matter).

Even if the lender EVENTUALLY proves victorious, the process costs a LOT of time - and money.  

There are some active investors there and Victor is quite experienced and knowledgeable.

So far NAR has said no less than half a dozen times that there dedicated to the long fight; going to appeal and drag this thing out until victory. 

This is a big victory.

Anyone investing in those companies would be up a creek.Get in there and get tactical with it, then once you have a string of victories and proofs-of-puddings in your wheelhouse start looking to raise funds and grow the biz.Those are just my 2 centavos, not gospel truth.
