Put you a few for rent ads online and in the newspapers.  

They could also be an a business newspaper or any other public paper.  

The lady behind the desk said "sure" and handed me what looked like a dozen page newspaper.

They should be able to give you an idea of how much to charge for rent as well.If there's a local newspaper (we have a weekly advertiser), I'd advertise in there.

While there are free tools like Craigslist that can be effective for marketing a property, other avenues like newspapers, real estate websites or property management companies will come at a cost.
