I see the TV shows on Rehab , I/E buying a rehab investing x dollars and making profit , buying foreclosures and selling, rental properties, Preconstruction .....I would love to rehab, not the most handy person, but would get dirty.

That's awesome... and linking that back to your other post, we just need to convert those viewers to members... have you thought about a pop up or pop behind scenario to engage people to become members?

I was surfing the internet Saturday (yes before the college games) and I came across this site http://www.reicasting.com/ I read what they were propossing and after, I thought to myself "I'd probably look good on TV" and "Superstar".

Flipping is the in term that's being used on all those flipping house shows on tv.

Furnish the house and include cable TV, Computer + router, Internet, and furniture in the rent.

My whole point in this was I don't like people sucking information from me and they do nothing with it, maybe you guys that give and give actually have people that DO, ,but that hasnt been who I've come across, I've seen mostly what iffers and "I-dont-want-to-stop-watchin-tv-to-make-this-happen-but-I-will-ask-you-20 question-to-give-myslef-an-excuse-later" kind of people

oh wait a minute, i was having flashbacks to my favorite show on TV (the only show i actually watch).

Not to say that it isn't TV and that some things are edited and changed, but I don't think that necessarily dictates for them to be off the air.
