While I've had my contracting crew for over 2 years now, and while I would trust them to work several days (or even a week or more if need be) without supervision, I would never let them complete the entire project without supervision.

Broker: – A broker is a “provisional broker” who satisfies all postlicensing education requirements to terminate the “provisional” status of such license becomes simply a “broker” and is NOT required to be supervised by a broker-in-charge in order to hold an “active” license.According to this, its seems like it may be beneficial to get the license in NC.

i know your area very well. i lived in hallandale, hollywood, weston for a long time. in fact, i still come down there a few times per year...the worst thing that you have working against you is the time. with just a few hrs after work and weekends, that will be tough. the best thing would be to pay someone to do a good job fixing it up, and another person can supervise while you are at work. but you have to build this into the fixed costs.why dont you rent those homes instead?
