So next time your CPA saids you can use education hours, looking at financial statements(investor hours), or my favorite “managing the property manager” run for the hills.

Hi Enrique,I specialize in the Hocking Hills area which is about an hour outside of Columbus and is a popular tourist destination (5 million visitors per year) and very short-term rental friendly.

I committed to going to a few real estate events a few years back and made a point to have casual conversations with 1-2 people per event and from there, I could feel the metaphorical snowball begin to roll down the hill. 

But it takes a much longer time for a good area to go down hill than it takes a bad area to go up .
