Most large companies are global and derive their revenues from businesses they run all over the planet.

Probability can only come from software analysis and what you put into it to derive at conclusions regarding purchase, rehab, holding and RE fee costs.

I see cap rates applied against TTM financials and pro formas all the time to derive an asking price.
