I have been in many properties where private pay people rented and trashed the place. 

There was an STR boom when many people bought homes here thinking they could have passive income, but that is not the case here as much as it is in places like Asheville (which is still seasonal, but not as much).

It seems like PSI has grown, a couple landscape companies that way either sold or partnered with PSI because these landscape companies no longer do snow removal and refer people to PSI.  

I’m here to learn as much as I can, meet like-minded people, and get advice on making a solid first deal.

I really feel this is helping people find affordable rentals.  

The people I know who have used him have been happy.

I can see how an application fee per person can be a deterrent for applicants in my case whether for more upscale rentals people may see it as more normal.I am starting off as a non-refundable fee and measure the resistance, then adjust if needed.
