I'll come at this from a different angle.From a personality angle.I've seen ones who are contentious with nearly every renter, ones who dislike the demographic (but do their job legally), ones who cannot close a prospect on a unit no matter what, ones with their thoughts elsewhere, and ones who are as smooth as glass.Despite the differences, they all could do the job well enough to get buy.I like loyalty, communication as needed, and being shielded from the sharp edges of the business (things I consider sharp), such as arguing with an angry late payor over a late charge, etc...

Yes volume is good, but loyalty and willingness to go the extra mile because they are being compensation appropriately is worth much more to me.Good luck.

All agents are required to follow the duties of reasonable care, obedience (within the law), loyalty, disclosure and confidentiality with their clients that they have a agency relationship with.
