Not just location, but different states can have different (sometimes weird) rules like here in Texas where you need a manual third party "attorney review' on every loan doc set - adds about $100 to each doc cost that doesn't apply in most states

We have done this for over a year now and this strategy has gone really well.We are very experienced in the STR space and understand that getting bookings is multi-faceted (ie. listing photos, reviews, amenities, PRICING, description, seasonality, etc).

The town granted the restaurant a temporary exemption based on the fact the business creates jobs, which would be reviewed with new owners or landlords.Another issue is mixed use is structures from another era and it's use had been grandfathered.
