I re-read it about 3 weeks ago and spent time working through the steps as outlined in the book and this time I got really excited about it.

In the interim, the Investor B BRRRR strategist spent 3X as much time managing the acquisition, construction and management of their assets comparted to the Investor A strategist.

Spent all of last year with the builder and architect going back and forth to get the sqft cost down and finally threw in the towel.  

A bit of a more advanced exit strategy, but one that can be extremely profitable when implemented correctly.We spent $18k to clean out the place and then we turned around and made $40k after cleaning costs, closing costs, and commissions.

First time parents, start-ups, the FTB credit, that is a lot of cheese being spent there.

I'm no expert by any means, I've just spent time trying to understand the approach. 

The City spent the past few years consolidating the programs into a single program under the ChiBlockBuilder program.

I spent a lot of time to find the locks and now need manufacture to come out to install the lock5.

How much more time would you have to spend given that it is an STR.Is the extra money / time spent worth it?

We are probably going back into acquisition mode here shortly but want to shore up things before that happens.I also spent the last few months building out a centralized notion to manage all the document, to dos, etc but have pulled the trigger on VAs as the cash flow isn't there yet to support someone full time.
