There are a lot of snake-oil salesmen out, there will sell you an LLC for funding, but you need to pay upfront not out of the funding and don't fall in the sales pitch that an LLC can get a loan it will not happen unless you have good personal credit and guarantee it.Joe Gore

I did my due diligence, and the home owner is the owner, and he was in foreclosure, owed back taxes on the home, and remove the red tape the marshals put on the door, and when I call him and told him upfront why I was calling he got upset and said I have no right to question him about his home and when I told him, I had the facts he got real nice, and I told him the lady that wanted to rent the home will pass.Joe Gore
