It looks like hardwood and if you get the peel ones vs. the click they don't sound hollow (No Personal experience on that one) However, I have been looking at it for the kitchen because it would be durable, easy to clean, and will still look great.

You must know who is buying homes in that area and rehab it with them in mind.Then price the rehab for 5% less than the comps.I like a little staging, just to give it a homey feeling and get rid of the empty, hollow feeling.MLS is a must.
