One of the first things I noticed was the lack of young attractive females around the area.....unless your 80 lol.

My target audience is as follows:- Live in Houston- Between ages 23-43- Female- Who are single, engaged, or marriedI've had better luck with females clicking my ad.

I do know that mostly women use it and I do attract a lot of female clients due to my PINK marketing theme.

Would you want your Mother, Sister, Wife or Girlfriend, Daughter or even least favorite Female Cousin to drive up to that house after dark to check on a repair issue or pick up the rent?

Especially as a female, I think we're a little more vulnerable.Any thoughts on safe practices when meeting new potential sellers?

Female Realtors or investors should always have someone else with them, if it's just another female that stays in the car with a cell phone tha can keep an eye on you.

And, as a female, I can tell you we really appreciate the thoughtfulness of a small supply of feminine products just in case you get "surprised" in the middle of the night (believe me, it happens.)
