Our Black Diamond group is next Tuesday in Waltham, URL in my signature, free, no selling speakers or pitches.

The closest is CTREIA in Hartford CT, and the Worcester Black Diamond, which is pretty far away.

A lot of people I grew up with have migrated to Charlton but I don't know the rental market there if there is one.I met some people at a Black Diamond event that invest in Leominster but I have never gone there much.

There is a meeting tonight of the Black Diamond Investors.

Our market is tough, a deal will literally be a diamond in the rough.

Now if I partner with a buyer before he sees the property and we sign an agreement, and he then goes to the address and agrees, we have a diamond in the rough.

I figure if I assess 100 properties, I may find 1 or 2 where the numbers work out - I have yet to find those diamonds in the rough though.

Some great ones are the Black Diamond in Waltham, Chelmsford AREIA, and I happen to like the one that I hold in Reading.
